Join Frame of Mind for Shop Small Saturday by becoming a vendor at our largest annual event. Located in the heart of downtown Ormond Beach, our backyard garden and adjacent parking lot are transformed into an outdoor marketplace featuring local vendors & artisans like you!

Please read over the following agreement and fill out the application below to become a vendor at the 2023 Shop Small Outdoor Market.

Vendor Agreement

● The vendor agrees to pay a fee of $65 for a 10X10 outdoor Space
● The vendor is responsible for their own 10×10 TENT and display set up
● The vendor is responsible for his/her own inventory and methods of payment.
● He/she created or is legally eligible to sell the items in their inventory.
● The vendor will keep 100% of sales.
● The terms of this agreement will be for November 25, 2023 with the rights of the vendor to terminate this Agreement without a refund of the space fee.
● By paying for the space fee, the vendor agrees to the terms of this agreement.
